1. If the players eligibility form for the tournament is not received from the college duly filled in within the prescribed period, the college team will not
be allowed to participate in the tournament.
2. Incomplete information regarding any student will prevent him/her college from participating in the tournament
3. Every college shall submit the proforma
7 days before the commencement of the tournament to the person in charge and Director, Physical
Education SGBAU for scrutiny; else the team will not be allowed to participate.
4. For the verification of Birth date, only SSC certificate will be treated as valid certificate.
5. Any type of indisciplined behaviour on the play field during tournament by the players and teacher in charge will disqualify the team from further
participation and they will not be considered for selection trails for University team.
