2.Decapping
This machine is designed to save more labor force and full auto working technology.
Using PLC controlling, full steps auto by this computer, auto checking bottle cap, not cap
no decapping ,the hands putting around the cap exactly, no mistake.
What you want to do is putting the empty bottle on the conveyor ,the computer will auto
checking the bottle if with cap or without, and make all steps auto, And the caps is output

5.Washing filling capping machine

This machine adopts long-range microcomputer xonxentration control and composed of

6.Hot shrink sealing for cap

The machine is mainly used for 5 gallon barrel cap shrink packing in the 5 gallon barrel
water filling line
Generating 100 steam by electrical heating .Controlled by inductive switch, steam gushes
out on the label on the bottle opening for every bottle passing through. The label is faste
