EXPERIENCE
Currently working on TELENOR UMTS Green Field Project, North Region at ZTE
Islamabad as a RF Customer Complaints and Post Processing Engineer.
(Mar2015 Present)

Making exports of log files and presenting and analyzing reports on map info.
Prepared SSV, PAC, FAC and complaint area reports.
Handling of 2G CS complaints and troubleshooting drop call, block call, bad quality
regions and other network related issues from DT till reporting.
Handling of 2G PS complaints related to GPRS/EDGE low throughput.
Handling of 3G CS complaints and resolving poor coverage, HO failures, pilot pollution
and over shooting of neighboring sites.
Handling of 3G PS complaints like low HSDPA and HSUPA throughput.

Worked on TELENOR UMTS Green Field Project, North Region at ZTE Islamabad as a
RF Drive Test Engineer. (Mar 2014 Feb 2015)

Implementation of extensive Drive Tests of UMTS and Infill sites by using TEMS
Investigation.
Basic testing of 3G swap sites which includes inspection of sector swap, neighbor
verification, IRAT handovers and cell reselections.
Complete single site verification of 3G sites which includes MOC and MTC short call
testing, MOC and MTC video call testing, SMS testing, R99 upload and download,
HSDPA and HSUPA testing, Inter-site & Intra-cell handovers and to check coverage of
each cell.
Performed Re-parenting, PAC, FAC, Complaint Area Drive and Walk Tests.
Done Site audits and recommended electrical tilts accordingly.
Knowledge of GSM and WCDMA architectures.
In-depth knowledge of WCDMA parameters such as RSCP, Ec/N0, RSSI, Tx power etc.
Done DT of 2G sites and has knowledge of GSM parameters such as RxLev, RxQual, C/I,
SQI, etc.
Developed detailed routes for drive tests according to test locations using Google earth.
Done equipment testing of ZTE RRU (Magic Box).
Drive testing of Re-farming activities of GSM 1800 band to free up 1.4MHz and 3MHz band
for LTE trial.
Done DT of LTE sites and has knowledge of CS Fall back, RSRP, RSRQ, SINR and RI.
