Yes PC_00299: * Performance Center 12.00 Patch 1 provides an update that fixes the
Heartbleed vulnerability issue associated with OpenSSL occurring in the previous versions.
For details, see http://heartbleed.com and the HP Security Bulletin. * Performance Center
12.00 Patch 1 provides support for the new Mobile protocol bundle. The bundle consists of
Performance Center Mobile Virtual Users plus an equivalent number of Network Virtualization
for PC Virtual User licenses. * Performance Center 12.00 Patch 1 provides a free perpetual
Community License bundle. This bundle includes: 1 Controller allowing 1 concurrent run, 1
PC Lifecycle user and 50 virtual users of all protocols except for GUI (UFT), COM/DCOM, and
template protocols. The virtual users do not include support. For more details, see 'Using the
Community License Bundle' in the Installation Instructions section.

and, limitation of liability and warranties, before installing this patch.
------------------------------------------------------------ 1. Back up your system before installing a patch.
2. Update the Performance Center 12.00 servers and hosts with Performance Center 12.00
Patch 1: * Install patch PCS12_00_P1.msp on each Performance Center Server machine. *
Install patch LTS12_00_P1.msp on each Performance Center Host machine. 3. Using the
Community License Bundle (optional): * Locate the License folder in the patch package. *
Save PC-Communitylicfile.dat and LR-Communitylicfile.dat on your machine. * Log in to Lab
Management. * On the Lab Management sidebar, under Performance Center, select PC
Licenses. The PC Licenses Module Window opens. * Click Add License from File, and load PCCommunitylicfile.dat and LR-Communitylicfile.dat. 3. Make sure the Performance Center
standalone applications are updated with the appropriate patch. For more details see the
release notes document attached.
