Working Experience

Projects Experience:-
• Have the experience to supervise E2E, all the new power installations on BTS, BSC and MSC’s
MSC in
Telenor roll out project.
• Experience for the commissioning and installation of Commercial power (10 KVA-1000 1000 KVA Trf.)
And the Genset ranging from 13 – 500 KVA.
• To supervise the installation of different power panels including the Main intake panel, ATS
panel, Phase reversal panels,, PFI panels up to 500 KVAR and the distribution
ribution panels.
• Working on Rectifiers of Power one, SIEMENS and ELTEK Rectifier system including PS800, PS900
with different range up to 4000 Amps system on MSC Sites.
• Working on rectifier batteries including battery test and replacement also in case required.
• Working on UPS system with brands APC and Master Guards and capacity ranging from 4 KVA to
100 KVA.
• Experience to supervise the overhauling activities of the Engines.
• Co-ordination of work between Telecom team and the power team.
• Experience of installation & all types of trouble shooting related to Air Conditioning system at
Telenor sites.
• Experience regarding the work related to the stand by batteries system (MARATHON, OERLIKON,

shop work and then finally testing of the Transformer.
• To manage workers strength of 200 with a reporting staff of 5 personnel and I achieved highest
monthly production (50% increases than the previous record.)
• To prepare and manage monthly Production Plan of Distribution Transformers and successful
manufacturing according to the specifications and targets.
• To control and monitor the implementation of ISO 9001:2000 procedures in transformer
manufacturing plant and successful completion of Surveillance and Renewal audits of ISO
9001:2000 by external auditor (SGS Malaysia) in transformer manufacturing plant.
• To investigate root causes of failures and suggest preventive measures to control the rework &
rejection.
• Be an active part of Research & Development Team for process improvement and productivity
enhancement.
• Analysis, Control and Record of Customer Complaints and take measures for the reduction in
complaints.
• Introduced a computerized system of Transformer traceability using Microsoft Excel.
• 30 % Decrease in the idle hours of Transformer Manufacturing Plant.
