Se utiliza "to be" como verbo principal para mostrar el estado o las
caractersticas de alguien o algo (como un verbo estativo). Tambin se puede
utilizar con las preposiciones de lugar para indicar donde algo est localizado.

Comparatives
El comparativo lo usamos cuando comparamos 2 personas, animales, cosas o
situaciones.
El superlativo lo usamos cuando comparamos una persona, animales, cosas o
situaciones con varios de la misma clase.
Cuando solo tiene una sola silaba lleva terminacin er-est (cold- coldercoldest, near- nearer- nearest)
Cuando tiene 3 o mas silabas se le agrega most-more (interesting- more
interesting-most interesting, carefully- more carefully-most carefully).
Cuando tiene una silaba y tiene terminacin con vocal y consonante, se
le agrega la misma consonante y tambin se le agrega er-est (Hot- HottHottest)
Cuando termina con consonante y con una Y, se le quita la Y y se le
agrega ier-iest (Happy-happier-happiest)
