The Ramcharitmanas is a masterpiece of vernacular renaissance. It is believed by some to represent a
challenge
to
the
dominance
of
high-class Brahmanical Sanskrit,[40][41][42] echoing
the
revolt
[43]
of Buddha against Brahmanical elitism. However, this interpretation appears faulty as Tulsidas himself was
a brahmin and often talks very highly of the Brahmins in the Ramcharitmanas and other books written by him.
His seems to be, rather than an attempt to revolt, an attempt to reconcile the different stories of Rama and to
bring
the
story
within
the
reaches
of
the
common
man.

They celebrated fasting
1. Fruit,sprout or juice on 12 am
2. Morning no water for Akash tatwa or emptiness
3. Afternoon water fruits

4. Night normal food


And enima was the way to clean the stomach.It is comulsury during upavaasfastings.
It was astonising that they were energetic even on 8 th day water lemon juice diet
only.

If a well gets connected with the water stream down he may not need
excedss of unnecessary food every time,he advised.
I took many risks of health and never stopped in the mentioned five things
1. Around 3 to 4 ltrs of drinking of water on morning and a glass through left
nostril when it runs
2. Tulsi and lemon tea in large quantity
3. Practising difficult postures
4. Chewing neem leaf in empty stomach
5. Writing articles even though they are controverial to many.
What is the use of my practical approach if I say only the old notions of other
people and without no reseach and risk there would have been no civilisation
developed.What a life without risk.

Even when I was actively associated with world social forum and New Delhi took it

atomic programme.However CTBT and American public may not take it easy,this
Hon.prez.Mr Obama knows it well.
