ORDER:In the reference 1st read above, Government permitted for creation of
three (3) Commandant Head Quarters Offices of Special Protection Force at
Tirupati, Vijayawada and Rajahmundry each headed by Commandant
/ Additional Commandant in Special Protection Force, Andhra Pradesh.

In the reference 2nd read above, the Director General, AP Special
Protection Force, Secunderabad has stated the buildings are not available at
Vijayawada and Rajahmundry to establish the regional Offices as per the rates
prescribed in the G.O.MS.No.63, dated.18-04-2011, of Finance Department,
whereas in Vijayawada, the owner demanded an amount of Rs. 34,000/(2292.49 Sft) per month without all other charges and in Rajahmundry, it is
demanded for Rs.35,000/- (2314 Sft) per month without electrical charge.
These buildings are very much suitable for the Offices of Commandants.
However in Tirupati, there is a building available, which is provided by the TTD
and it is proposed to utilize the same for the Commandants Office.

The Director General, AP Special Protection Force, Secunderabad has
requested Government to accord special permission/relax rules for establishing
the regional Offices at Vijayawada and Rajahmundry, in order to pay rent
as proposed and meet the expenditure from the budget allotted to this
Department, as there is no additional budget is required for this purpose.

Government, after careful examination, hereby accord special
permission for establishment of Regional Offices of AP Special Protection Force
at Vijayawada and Rajahmundry, by leasing private buildings at the rates
prescribed below, in relaxation of G.O.MS.No.63, dated.18-04-2011, of the
Finance Department:
1) Rs.14/- per SFT in Vijayawada;
2) It is directed to negotiate further and convince the building owner for
Rs.11/- per SFT (i.e. double of existing rate) in case of Rajahmundry.

The Director General, AP Special Protection Force, Secunderabad shall
take necessary action accordingly.
6.
This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (EBS.VI)
Department, vide their U.O.No.13984/347/EBS.VI/2015, dated: 07.09.2015.
