Madam:
I would like to request from your good office to conduct a School Learning Action Cell

will be held monthly at Capas West Central Elementary School, ODonnell, Capas, Tarlac.
As educators in the 21st century, we are charged with educating our pupils to be
successful in a complex, interconnected world. This responsibility requires schools to prepare
students for technological, cultural, economic, informational, and demographic changes.
The SLACs aim to incorporate 21st century technology literacy as tools of our teachers in
imparting learning and innovation skills, information, media and technology skills and life and
career skills as well as core subjects and 21st century themes to our clientele, our pupils.
Thank you very much for favorable response regarding this request.

Very Truly Yours,

JOBEL S. CAPUNFUERZA

RATIONALE:
The SLAC provide unique opportunities for teachers to receive advanced training in
current trends and issues in education. We believe that by engaging in professional development,
our teachers will gain practical knowledge, beliefs, insights, and expectations that serve to
promote best practices. This SLAC will serve as avenues for the teachers to interact with peers
and critically examine their own perceptions, strategies, and conventional wisdom about teaching
and learning.
The seminars will conduct a theory-to-practice designed for the information and materials
