8. Based on your Vitality status you can make up to a maximum of two

discounted bookings through Fly Vitality per member per plan year.
The discount applies to return economy flights to selected domestic
and short haul destinations as advertised on the Fly Vitality website.
The discount applies to the cost of the flight including taxes and
charges. Please note that if you pay by credit card, a separate credit
card fee will apply. The discount applies to standard, hand baggage
only, semi-flexible and fully-flexible fares. The discount does not apply
to optional extras such as special baggage fees. The discount only
applies to flights within the UK or departing from and returning to the
UK. For flights departing between Sunday and Thursday there must be
at least two nights between the outbound and return flights. For flights
departing on a Friday or Saturday there must be at least one night
between the outbound and return flights.

3. There is a 30 subscription payment which we may refund if you reach

your goal weight. Youll initially get six months unlimited membership.
Attend two Weight Watchers meetings per month in your first six
months and well extend your membership for a further six months.
To be eligible,members need to be 18 years or older. Acceptance of
membership will be subject to Weight Watchers own criteria in
addition to our own (e.g. not pregnant, not underweight). If a member
ends their VitalityLife plan, their Weight Watchers membership will also
end on the same date.
4. Rewards and cashback are available with Vitality Optimiser or Vitality Plus
for a monthly fee.
Minimum monthly protection premiums and further terms and conditions
apply.
5. 50% off monthly gym membership fees. A joining fee will apply.
Flexible individual monthly membership.
Joining fees are up to 50 for all clubs other than Classic Collection
clubs, where joining fees are up to 150. This offer does not apply to
Chiswick Riverside Virgin Active club.

9. Up to three trips a year with Eurostar these discounts apply to adult,

non-flexible Standard and Standard Premier return rail tickets. They dont
apply to Business Premier rail tickets.
10. Applies to handcrafted drinks only. Members on Bronze or Silver Vitality
status need to earn nine Vitality points for tracking their activity in a week
to unlock this benefit. Those on Gold and Platinum wont need to as
theyve already put in the hard work.
