WiHood and Oslo School Sign “Letter of Intent (LOI)” to Integrate 4th Grade’s
Curriculum into the WiHood’s “Virtual Laptop” Service

WiHood’s “virtual laptop” service will integrate an Oslo (Norway) school’s curriculum
into WiHood’s “virtual laptop” service protecting children online and improving their
education in school and at home.

May 3, 2008, Oslo, Norway -- WiHood and Huseby School (Oslo, Norway) have signed
a LOI (“Letter Of Intent) to evaluate and begin integrating Huseby School’s 4th grade
class’s curriculum into the WiHood service. All 45 students and 4 teachers of Huseby’s
4th grade class will participate in this first-ever “virtual laptop” academic project.

With WiHood, students will be able to continue their in-class lesson at home or on any
internet connected PC. “The academic continuity from classroom-to-home is seamless
with WiHood” says Thomas F. Anglero, Chairman and CEO of WiHood AS. “We are
honored to be cooperating with Huseby School who shares our passion to improve the
education of children by providing them with WiHood, a service that protects children
online and allows them to continue their classroom lesson on any internet connected PC.”

WiHood’s “virtual laptop” on a USB bracelet is portable and can be worn on the child’s
wrist, folded in a pocket or a school bag. WiHood’s USB bracelet is made of non-toxic
silicon so it is safe and kid-tough. WiHood’s bracelet protects children online when the
parents are not home or while the child is surfing at home, a friend’s, and at school.

WiHood is based in Oslo (Norway) and was incorporated in August 2007. WiHood has
been honored to be awarded funding from Innovation Norway (a division of the
Norwegian government providing funding only to Norway’s most innovative companies).
WiHood was founded to bridge the digital-divide while protecting children online using
Web 2.0 innovations (Web Services and Cloud Computing Technologies). Additional
information can be found at http://www.WiHood.com .

WiHood: Questions & Answers (Q&A)

1. What is WiHood?
a. WiHood is a “virtual laptop” service for children on a WiHood USB
bracelet.
b. WiHood provides a personal PC desktop on any internet connected PC.
c. WiHood includes several software applications and a web filtering service.

2. Is WiHood only for children?

a. WiHood is initially targeting children because of the importance and lack
of attention child protection has received in regards to modern portable
solutions that reflect our active children and protects them online
b. WiHood is suitable for anyone of any age. For example, senior-citizen
centers with only one computer can use WiHood to ensure that every
resident has their own personal desktop and files undisturbed by other
residents. The one lone computer with WiHood would be able to satisfy
all of the residents and bring individuality to each of the residents.

3. Is WiHood a laptop like what is purchased in a computer store?

a. No, WiHood is a non-toxic lead-free silicone bracelet that can be worn
around the WiHood user’s wrist. It has a USB port and a memory card
that stores the WiHood applications.
b. WiHood’s USB bracelet is extremely durable. It can withstand being
stepped on, rained on, and folded inside of a pocket or backpack.

4. How does WiHood work?

a. Just plug the WiHood USB bracelet into any internet connected PC and
WiHood will automatically launch displaying the WiHood login page.
Enter your WiHood user name and password that was provided when you
subscribed to WiHood. That’s it!

5. How much does WiHood cost?

a. The WiHood USB Bracelet cost $24.99 (USD). A 6-month subscription
to the WiHood service costs $49.99 (USD).
b. The WiHood subscription price is the same price as the average
Playstation or Nintendo Wii games.
c. For the same price as a single computer game, for 6-months WiHood
parents can protect their children online, anywhere, and provide them with
the latest IT technologies so that they stay up-to-date with the latest trends
and services.

6. Why would children use a WiHood USB Bracelet?

a. WiHood is every child’s personal “virtual laptop”. WiHood is where they
store all their favorite photos (friends, animals, family, etc.), music,
homework, etc.
b. WiHood is a complete PC desktop solution. Children can begin their
homework with WiHood at school and complete the remainder of their
homework at home or the library or at a friend’s home.
c. With WiHood it is no longer necessary for children to carry a typical
heavy and clumsy laptop that is easily damaged.

7. Does WiHood need another PC to operate?

a. Yes, WiHood needs a physical PC with a monitor for it to operate.
b. WiHood functions perfectly well on older PCs because the WiHood
servers on the internet do most of the work for the WiHood user, not the
local PC.
c. Older PCs with limited computer resources are excellent for WiHood.

8. How does WiHood filter web pages?

a. WiHood filters web pages in two ways: real-time and based on a global
list that is updated every day from the Internet Watch Foundation.
b. The Internet Watch Foundation creates the filtering list from a cumulative
list gathered from many of the governments in the world who are actively
checking their own nation’s servers for inappropriate content.
c. WiHood filters web pages and content so parents do not have to.

9. How does WiHood protect the parents PC while the child is using WiHood?
a. WiHood is a virtual desktop that is online, not on the parent’s PC. So the
child will be using their own applications and services provided by
WiHood, not by the PC of the parents.
b. The parents PC files and applications remain untouched while the child is
using WiHood

10. Why should parents purchase WiHood for their children?

a. WiHood was made by its’ Founder and CEO of WiHood, Thomas F.
Anglero, a father with 15+ years of internet experience for his kids and the
world’s kids.
b. WiHood helps parents who do not have the time to always sit next to their
children while they are online but yet is easy enough to use that most 7-
year olds learn to use WiHood in a matter of minutes.

11. If a child loses their WiHood USB Bracelet are their personal files lost?
a. Yes, WiHood does not store any WiHood personal information on the
WiHood USB bracelet. All of the child’s personal information is stored
on WiHood’s severs online.
