in People First. I possess extensive experiences in the area of diver licensing and motor vehicles
functions, policies, rules and regulations. I completely understand the importance of
enforcement and working to prevent fraud and identity theft to ensure that our borders are safe
and that the Florida taxpayer need is met.
During my twenty five years of service with the Division of Motors Services, I have served in
the role of employee and now as a supervisor. I have been instrumental in developing and
implementing new programs, policies and procedures, and computer systems. I have excellent
organizational, communication and computer software skills. In addition, I have trained staff to
review, implement and follow the laws related to the issuance of motor vehicles registration and
license and driver licenses programs. I strive to provide opportunities for employees
professional development and growth. I take pride in serving the tax collectors and citizens of
Florida every day.
