Description: It stands for Receivable application. It is web based, developed in

.net2.0 ,used for creation of invoices, approval of invoices, reassignment of invoices
from one cc to another, changing of ccm and dcm for a particular cc, creation of
user and user can have different access authority for this application based on his
level, below is the details.
Level 0: (read-only user) can only view users and invoices.
Level 1: (credit control-cc) can create invoices that will goes for approval to his ccm
and automatically.
Level 2: (credit control manager-ccm) approve or cancel invoices goes for approval
to his dcm automatically.
Level 3: (dcm) can approve or cancel invoices, create/add user, reassign the
invoice, reassign user, change the level of a particular user.

Project #3: Guardian.
