You shall not publish or cause to be published any publication or
contribute to any article or review to any newspaper, magazine or
book, brochure or pamphlet or other publication in any way related to
or concerning the divisions product or policies.
14.
You shall not borrow or collect any money on companys account
from any dealer or doctor or chemist / stockiest or other party. You
shall not accept or undertake to accept either directly or indirectly any
gift, gratification, commission or other favour of any kind whatsoever
in connection with your work.
15.
If at any time, the Management is not in a position to provide
work for reasons beyond the control of the management such as
floods, earthquake, fire, riots, etc the period of absence may be treated
as leave with pay to the extent of leave available or leave without pay
for the period of temporary unemployment.
16.
Your above employment is subject to your medical fitness and
retaining reasonable medical fitness during the tenure of your
employment and as certified by the doctor appointed by the company
for this purpose. You shall continue to be medically fit for the work for
which you have been employed. The company is of the opinion that
continuance of your services is medically not advisable or that you are
not in a position to discharge your duties, the company may terminate
your services forthwith without any notice or notice pay in lieu of
notice.

You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good
condition the companys articles and property which may be in your
custody, care or charge. In the event of your causing any damages to
the companys property in the course of your employment or of your
losing or spoiling any tools or accessories or promotional kit and
equipments given under your care or charge or causing any damage
willfully or out of such negligence, then in all such cases, the Company
hereby reserves its right to deduct from your emoluments such
amount/s as the Company shall deem appropriate. In the event of your
leaving the company by way of resignation, retirement, termination or
any reason whatsoever, you shall return all the Companys property in
your possession to the person nominated by then Company and your
dues if any shall be settled only on receipt of the Companys property
failing which the actual cost of the items may be adjusted against the
dues payable to you.
18.
Any instance of misconduct, breach of any of the clauses of this
Appointment letter, rules and regulations governing your employment,
neglect of your duties, insubordinations, riotous behavior, insolence,
