or subsequent action. The applicant may, however, request a sisty-day extension,
upon payment of the prescribed fee, within wich to comply with the requirements
of the registrability report or the official action. The request for extension may be
made only once and should be filed on or before the last day for filing a response.
Abandonement for submission of an incomplete response will be enforced strictly
after the examiners subsequent action (action issued upon receipt of the
applicants response to the Registrability Report).
In accordance with Section 124.2 of R.A. No. 8293 and Rules 204 and 205 of the
Trademark Regulations, the applicant is required to file a Declaration of Actual
Use as evidence of the mark and pay the prescribed fee within three (3) years
from the date of filing, without need of notice from the Intellectual Property
Office.

Description of the Mark:

The mark is set on a red (RGB 118, 1, 1) and black (RGB 255,
255, 255) cloudy background. At the center are three white (RGB
254, 250, 250) elements.
The first uppermost element is the logo composed of an outline of
a cruise ship enclosed in a circle with a hawk wins attached on
each side.
The second element in the middle is a text bearing the name of the
business "RED HAWK" (University Roman LET, font 36)
The third lowermost element is composed of a text "HOTEL &
CASINO CRUISE" (Trajan Pro, font 15, bold), and a line bar on
each side.
