And the rules for the debate today are :
1. Each substantial speaker will deliver the speech for 7 th minutes, with one clap in 1st
minute (TK clap) means the time for POI is started and clap once again at 6 th
minutes (TK clap) meaning the time for POI is over. In 7 th minutes time keeper will
clap twice (TK clap 2x) and clap continuously at 07.20 (TK clap continuously) to sign
that the time for speech is over, and the other explanation will be penalized.
2. Time for replay speech is 4 minutes. Time keeper will clap once in 1 st minute (TK
clap) and clap once again in 3 rd minutes (TK clap) and clap twice at 4th minutes (TK
clap 2x) and clap continuously at 04.20 (TK clap continuously).
3. During the speech, please turn off you mobile phone or other electronic devices.
