PREVENTIVE MEASURE

Competent person in charge of the operation
People advised to avoid the risky area.
Cold works permit procedure to be followed.
Toolbox talks to be conducted for the crew before start of
activity.
Proper supervision to be in place.
Proper Scaffoldings/ working platforms to be provided for
access.
Scafftag system to be followed.
Full fall protection to be assured by using safety harnesses
Isolate area underneath
Competent people for the job.
Use of PPE
Limit the weight handled to no more than 25 kg per person
