the defendant to change the returned
motorcycle with another unit which is fully
acceptable to the plaintiffs;

delivered to the plaintiffs at the time of
execution of this compromise agreement;
3. declaring that by signing this compromise
agreement and by receiving the substitute
motorcycle, the plaintiffs guarantee that the
replacement delivered by the defendant is fully
acceptable to them;
4. ordering that the amounts previously paid for
the replaced motorcycle will be applied in the
replacement;

5. ordering the defendant to cause the

restructuring of the plaintiffs account with the
PR Bank, the mortgagee bank, in such a
manner that no interest or penalties will be
chargeable to the plaintiffs while this case was
pending;
6. declaring that both parties forever waive and
forego all their respective claims and counterclaims for damages and expenses mentioned in
their complaint and answer respectively;
No pronouncement as to cost.
