This Declaration made on 8th of April 2014 by Alpha Omega Station concerns the official enactment of the
rights and duties indicated hereafter and aims to inform all parties involved of the beginning of the global
restructuring process for the benefit of the World and Mankind.
Alpha Omega Station are the historical, technical, formally and officially confirmed Sovereign and Judicial
organization which in accordance with International Treaties exercises legal Ownership, authority and
lawful power over various Assets, Gold Deposits, and the International Collateral Combined Accounts, as
well as all Central Bank and Commercial Bank Overbalance Accounts held within the Institutional Parent
Registration Accounts of the Federal Reserve System/Bank for International Settlements.

Parent Registration Accounts of the Fedsystem / Bank for International Settlements and all sub accounts and
interest link accounts thereof. Vladimir Kobzar is the Beneficiary and Sole Signatory to the external
Packages of the former Soviet Union and the Authorized representative of Russia upon the Gold Deposits of
the Soviet Union in Fort Knox as well as various global depositories.

SOVEREIGN NATION ID, Verifiable via Ambassadorial level to the U.N and Foreign Affairs Department

We hereby declare and affirm that Alpha Omega Station is an Independent Global System. Alpha Omega
Station is not part of any formal or informal organization or association. Only properly registered, confirmed
and attested organizations and individuals with adequate supporting documents are nominated as our
regional providers and only those representatives who act in accordance with the Protocols of Sovereign
Alpha Omega Station and follow direct orders of The Head, Sole authority, and Signatory of Alpha Omega
Station- Vladimir Ivanovich Kobzar- have the legal right to represent Alpha Omega Station in any kind of
interaction with Governments of States, International, Governmental, Private, profit and/or non-profit
organizations.
At present, Mr. Vladimir I. Kobzar, the legal Owner and Sole Beneficiary and Sole Signatory to all accounts
under his clear instructions and orders has activated the System of Alpha Omega. He is now formally
moving to restore the proper balance - the master electronic system of Alpha Omega is activated and all
accounts of the system are restored and ready to begin the funding process to the various countries for a
global holistic approach which would balance the various on-going Global financial discrepancies and lead
the way to a more sustainable and prosperous financial environment which would give birth to true global
and sustainable economic growth, thus guaranteeing the stability, security, and peace for all people and
future generations in the world.
This announcement indicates the immediate opportunity available for financing Governmental,
Institutional and Commercial projects through the activated accounts of the master electronic system
of Alpha Omega System.
The official dialogs between Alpha Omega Station and State authorities as well as those with the
