Congratulations on being cast in Peacock Players upcoming Mainstage production of

THE ADDAMS FAMILY


All cast members and their parents are expected to attend the mandatory Orientation Meeting on Tuesday,
September 9th from 6pm - 7pm. Please read the following information carefully and complete the required forms.

CAST/CREW MEMBER TICKET ORDERS:


Cast/crew members are provided 10 tickets (per family) at the rate of $12 Center Section seats and/or $10 Side Section seats. Order forms
(emailed and available at orientation) for cast/crew member tickets must be received by the Friday before the start of tech week. Please
drop off your completed form with payment to our administrative office upstairs at 14 Court Street.

BIOS:
Each cast/crew member is expected to provide a bio for the playbill. Please note, failure to submit a bio by the due date may result in
being omitted from the playbill. Cast bios are limited to 100 words or less. Please include the actors previous performance credits, as
well as their scholastic and personal achievements. All bios are subject to editing for content and length. Bios should be written in the third
person, using the following model as a guide:
ALEXANDRA SOCHA (Ensemble) is proud to be making her Mainstage debut with Peacock Players. Other favorite credits include Spring Awakening, Just So, 42nd Street, Narnia and Elton
John & Tim Rices Aida. She is a sophomore at Nashua High School South where she is an honor student and an active participant in glee club and robotics. Alexandra would like to thank her
family and friends for their constant love and support.

HEADSHOTS:
Each cast/crew member will be required to have a uniform 8x10 black & white headshot taken for the lobby display board.
Peacock Players will set up a headshot night within the rehearsal schedule.

RAFFLE:
For each Mainstage production, Peacock Players organizes a fundraising raffle with show-related merchandise. These production-themed
raffle prizes are donated by the cast/crew members and their families. Please consider donating an item for our concessions display.

As a Peacock Players Cast Member, I, the undersigned, understand that I am representing the organization and
will abide by the following rules and guidelines. As a cast member I am a representative of Peacock Players and
must present myself accordingly at all times while representing the organization. I recognize that I serve as a role
model for other students and will do my best to follow all the rules stated in this contract. I realize that failure to
follow these guidelines may result in dismissal from the production. I will also not hesitate to speak up if someone
else involved with the organization disregards the rules set by Peacock Players.
APPROPRIATE PEACOCK PLAYERS BEHAVIOR
I am aware that missing more than 3 unexcused rehearsals may result in dismissal from the production. Rehearsal conflicts must be submitted at auditions, callbacks
and the orientation meeting. Additional excused absences must be received by the production Director via email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rehearsal.
Please note: Notifying the production stage manager without emailing/notifying the production Director will not qualify as an excused absence.
I agree to be on time and ready to work for each and every scheduled rehearsal, call, and performance.

I agree to remain within the building during all scheduled rehearsals and performances, unless specific permission has been granted by Peacock Players staff.
I agree to respect all staff members, cast members and volunteers by keeping my language, behavior, and dress appropriate for the organization at all times.
I agree not to alter my appearance (i.e. haircut, hair color, tanning, etc.) without permission of the production Director.

PEACOCK PLAYERS RULES OF THE BUILDING


I am aware that the building we occupy is owned by the City of Nashua and all Peacock Players participants must adhere to the building management
rules and regulations.
I agree to stay only in designated rehearsal areas.

I agree to keep all windows closed at all times, and not to go out onto the roof at anytime.
I agree to turn off lights, and any electrical appliances (i.e. hair dryers, curling irons, air conditioners, etc.) when not in use.
I agree to respect all other building tenants, productions, rehearsals and classes.
I agree to keep all Peacock Players common areas, offices, rehearsals studios and performance areas clean and orderly.
I am aware that Peacock Players is not responsible for any and all personal items brought into the building (MP3 players, cell phones, cameras, tools, wallet, etc.).

TECH WEEK AND PERFORMANCE POLICIES


I agree to protect and maintain all production elements. Costume pieces are to be collected and hung up properly after each performance. Stage properties are to be
collected and returned to prop tables. Microphones, sound, and lighting equipment are to be used carefully and returned as directed.
I agree to use precaution while helping with set construction and strike by wearing proper eyewear, shoes and safety equipment.

I am aware that eating or drinking (except water) in costume or near costumes is strictly forbidden.
I agree to remain completely silent backstage (and in the lobby) during all technical rehearsals and performances.
I agree to participate in production strike while being actively involved until the entire clean-up process is complete.

I agree to the above terms and will follow and support the rules of Peacock Players. I am aware that the
Educational Production Tuition is non-refundable, and failure to follow the above policies may result in
dismissal from the production. All dismissals will be determined at the discretion of Peacock Players staff.

the negligence of Peacock Players, or otherwise, while the child or ward is participating in any of the abovedescribed activities.
