Personal Spiritual Health Assessment

God desires that every follower of Christ, and especially leaders, to be growing in spiritual maturity.
Effective ministry flows out of maturing character. As you study the Bible, you can see at least seven key
qualities that characterize the life of a maturing or growing follower of Jesus Christ. Your goal as a disciple
should be to have all seven qualities in your life all the time and to be continually maturing in each of them.
The following is a personal spiritual health assessment that will assist you in evaluating how you are doing
in each of the seven qualities. Take a few minutes and answer honestly the four questions associated with
each quality. Circling 1 means that you are doing poorly and circling 5 means that you are doing great.
Add the numbers together for the four questions and put the total in the box at the end of each quality.
This is not a test but is an assessment
