In case you didnt know, just


a week ago, a Malaysian
flight carrying 250 people
vanished without a trace.
Experts have no clue what
happened yet
Anyway, as I write this, there
are, of course, the snoopers
sitting in the seats next to me
reading the headline above
haha probably evoking some
fear now that I think of it. To
make my flight really bad,
there is a bald, fat, very smelly

You know, I hate the


process of travel. But I really
love travel when Im there.
That should be called something else though and not
travelling, sense I dont think
its the same thing.
When you arrive, its often
magical, fun and mindexpanding in a good way.

Morning Glory Food That Makes The Flag Rise...


Whole plant based foods without added
stuff is a solid foundation of health. So
you know Ive been travelling in Thailand
and Bali this winter and when it comes to
the food, theres no comparison.
Thai food is a billion times more healthy.
And theres healthy versions of most
what youll want
I stay away from oil when I eat oil, even
a little bit, over the course of a week, my
abs disappear a little.
This was a problem I encountered in In-

donesia a lot they just had no good


healthy options. I mean, you can eat
steamed rice I guess but that gets old
very fast and isnt nutritious.
Arriving in Thailand today, the first thing I
get, even at the airport, was a fresh mango, a tropical mixed fruit platter and then
a vegetable noodle soup with large
chunks of fresh broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, red chili peppers and garlic. No
oil. Its great.
So now Im eating better than in Bali I
truly was shocked by the difference in

foods. Thailand is
healthier. A green

love is called Morning Glory. Its infused with garlic,
peppers, a type of

Ukrainian Secret To Strength, Fitness and Vitality...


These guys are no joke. I was walking by
a old trashy looking park in western
Ukraine when I say a jungle gym of sorts
build for men, not kids.
I found out in the coming weeks, this was
a common thing throughout all the parks
in the area.
It was filled with young and older men
doing exercises like pull ups, and gymnastic style workouts.

They would grab a bar and flip around it


20 or 30 times. Then go backwards.
Many who were built like trucks. I, of
course, joined them and they wondered
who this new strong guy was who was
beating them in pull ups and spoke only
English.
I was amazed at most of their athletic
shapes and strength.

A Story From A Healthy 111 Year Old Man...


I met him at a raw food event in Arizona.
He had a crowd around him asking him
questions. Someone there told me he
was 111. Yet, he looked a healthy vibrant
person, perhaps, 80, but a very, very
healthy and vital 80.
We became friends. I met with him weekly for awhile, then regularly at his home
as he would teach me his health principles and wed just hang out I think the
saying an old tail like to wag was true
for him.

He got pleasure out of just hanging out. I


would drive him to the grocery store so
he can pick foods he wanted. And enjoyed many breakfasts, lunches and dinners together.
He was a very smart man when it came
to health. A lifelong vegan. Seemingly
never successful in business, but wildly
successful in health. His bookshelf was
full of over 1,000 books. Most health related. Im very glad to have helped him
and befriended him. In the west, people
like this are often forgotten. He seems to

attract others to
him, seemingly
because of his
fascinating age
and health claims.

Abs of Steal
You may have heard someone say something like this before: I have abs, its just
hidden by a keg. But is it really true?
Yes and no.
Of course, we all have muscles throughout our bodies of wed be a pile of goo,
but that doesnt mean if you were
skinny, youd suddenly have ripping abs
showing
You may have heard of or seen skinny
fat people. These are people who have a
low BMI, they are not obese. But they

god/goddess sculpture either. In fact
They are skinny fat. It looks nasty.
Skin sagging off their frames, flat stomach
but no ripping abs. Pancake butt, and no
firm plump ass its almost just as bad a
condition as obesity. Let me explain
Its ugly to not be fit! Or said in another
way health and fitness is sexy. A skinny
couch potato is still a couch potato.
To get lean muscular abs you need to
workout regularly on your abs, and prob-

Confession I Splurged On Junk FoodWhatever I Wanted And The Result Isnt Good...
Its a bit shameful but you need lessons
like this to learn better and really get it
I already knew what was going to happen, but I let it happen anyway, giving
myself a fun event this year. For 1 full
week, to eat healthy junk foods.
Yes, I allowed myself to eat the so called
healthy foods that are really junk.
Like raw chocolate pies (2 per day), nots

of raw chocolate spirulina balls. I wouldnt go off the deep end and eat the real
junk foods that had eggs and milk in
them no Im vegan and I know that stuff
is never worth it.
But I allowed myself to splurge on these
treats for 1 week. HIGH in fat.
The first day, it was ok by the 5 day, I
noticed my sharp, defined abs were fad-
