main M.S pillar 58mmX58mm (16G), with 8-10mm E-water and termite proof silica fiber board

WINDOW - Bombay sliding aluminum window size 3ftx3ft .
INSULATION - Cabin has insulation of 25mm glass wool/38mm 18D thermocol.
PAINT - Water proof texture paint on walls.
FLOOR - Floor shall be made of MS pipe 38mmx38mm (18g) of grid 600mmx600mm with 16mm water and
termite proof E-board on top.
ELECTRIFICATON - Cabin shall be provided with copper wiring.
ROOF - Colour coated G.I sheet with false ceiling of / gypsum /mineral fiber600mmx600mm .

SPECIFICATION OF G.I SHEET SANDWICHED PORTA CABIN

FRAME WORK OF WALL - The wall panel shall be made out of 75mm thick and 20kg/D panel sandwiched of
thermocol with G.I sheet of 0.63mm (24g) thick.
FRAME WORK OF FLOOR - The frame work of platform shall be made of M.S steel pipe 40mmx40mm of 18g
thick with 600mmx600mm grid.
DOORS - The wooden flush doors shall be made out of texture coated exterior grade. The dimension of
door is 7ftx 3ft for room and 7ftx 2ft for toilet with L-drop for locking arrangement.
WINDOW - Bombay sliding aluminum window with 4mm glass.
PAINT - Exterior and interior with water proof texture paint.
ROOF - The roof will also be made out of 75 mm thick G.I thermocol sandwich panel. The lower portion of
panel forms the ceiling of porta cabin

fiber board on both side thermocole of 50mm thick .
FRAME WORK OF FLOOR - The frame work of platform shall be made of M.S steel pipe 40mmx40mm of 18g
thick with 600mmx600mm grid mounting with 16mm CFB board to provide sturdy portable floor 6 above
ground level on top that PVC wonder floor make 1.3mm thick.

Frames Structure
Base Frame : Al Moawi Base Frames are 120X60mm I-Steel beam ASTM A36 main runner / base frame. 120X60mm I-Steel beams ASTM A36 cross members.

Flooring Frames : Floor Frames are 38 X 90 mm s4s KD timber floor joist @ 406 mm O.C fixed in to competed base frame with 8 X 75 mm lag bolts and nails with steel cleats.

18mm thick plywood shall be the floor deck fixed with common nails. 2mm thick vinyl roll finish.

For wet floors it should be water proof and damp proof flooring.

Roof Frames : 38 X 90 mm s4s KD wood frame vertically spaced @ 406mm O.C fixed to top and lower wood runner and fixed to completed floor. Roof shall be adequately cambered for draining of rainwater.

Exteriors : Cladding shall be 0.35mm per finished profile rib metal panel fixed with self screw and rivets complete with aluminum angel comer and G. I. Sheets. The Steel Sheets shall be treated for corrosion resistant. Panels shall b
shall be continuously welded to top side and base structure so as to offer better strength to weight ratio. All gaps will be sealed at edges and at seam, bottom etc to prevent ingress of moisture.

Interiors : Wall 4mm thick decorative beauty board fixed with nail, staple to wall studs. For Toilet Interior water proof panel.

Each joint is welded according to standard structural welding practices. The corners are sufficiently strengthened to facilitate transportation, lifting and placing.

Inner Paneling : The interior shall be aesthetically finished so as to give custom built appearance with extremely high quality workmanship. All vertically and horizontal corners shall be neatly and smoothly finished with Aluminum
walls and roof shall be of 9 mm thick decorative laminated board.

Paints : Prime and painted with enamel paints.

Aluminum Doors & Windows

Main Entry Door : The door shall be of external opening type made out of the same material as wall panels with door closing unit. The construction of the door shall be double skin steel construction with 40 mm thick Rock wool ins
