The floor could be slightly uneven due to the age of the building. Wet
floors could also pose of problem. We will have to make sure that both
cast and crew are aware of the hazards.
The gym itself is a very old building so the electrical working is unlikely
to be up a reliable standard.

If the cast or crew are being targeted by any external or internal threats
whilst the filming occurs alert the teacher at the earliest opportunity.

Details Over

The three columns (L,S,R) are for assessing the level or degree of risk. The first (L) is for an assessment of the likelihood of the hazard taking place, the second (S) for the
severity of the hazard, both based on the following:(L)

LIKELIHOOD

(S)

SEVERITY OF HAZARD

(R) RISK LEVEL is product of Likelihood and Severity

(LxS).
1. Hazard exists very infrequently; limited numbers
exposed
2. Likely to occur; hazard exists intermittently or occurs
occasionally
3. Likely to occur soon; permanent hazard or occurs
daily / repeatedly; many may be exposed

specialist equipment around the gym.

FURTHER PREVENTATIVE MEASURES NEEDED. If a crewmember notices any hazards that can be prevented
before filming, they should do so. Both crewmembers and cast should be aware of personal space and act in a
professional manner when on set
