Mentored-Research is an organization working to increase access to educational resources to determined students. We visualize
a world where skilled and experienced individuals, with diverse expertise, educate ambitious students. The spirit of
inquisitiveness and research is carefully nurtured within the students. The education imparted both theoretical and practical,
acts as a stepping stone to the financial industry.

Job Description
The individual will have to:
o

Possess a strong knowledge and understanding of activities and products of Mentored-Research

Establish student reach to spread awareness and cultivate interest about relevant programs

Act as a point of contact between Mentored-Research and the students of the college

Organize and co-ordinate information sessions at the college for relevant programs

Facilitate registration of interested students, fee collection and deposition

Ensure maximum possible registrations from his/her college for the programs and activities of Mentored-Research

Lead, encourage, and guide efforts for generating name recognition and encouraging participation in activities and
programs of Mentored-Research

Skill Set Required

o

Active listening skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent managerial and leadership skills

Ability to identify and solve issues effectively

Incentives:
o

The Campus Ambassador will be eligible for the Certificate of Acknowledgement only if he/she is responsible for
registrations for the programs of Mentored-Research

On the condition that the Campus Ambassador is responsible for atleast 15 registrations for Mentored-Researchs
flagship program the Equity Research Initiative, then he/she can chose from among 2 incentives:

Stipend: monetary compensation to the tune of 5% of total revenue generated for the program during the
stint

Allow participation for any one program of Mentored-Research, free of cost

Note: The appointment of a Campus Ambassador will be governed by the following terms and conditions:
o

This position is a voluntary role that you agree to perform, with the understanding that the compensation will be
based on the performance.

During tenure, you shall use your best energies and abilities to serve the Organization faithfully. You shall comply
with the rules, regulations, and procedures as communicated to you by the Organization.

You shall periodically report the progress at the campus, directly to a member of the Business Development Team,
or any other individual deputed by CEO, Mentored-Research

You shall be prompt in replying to the management team over emails/phone calls/whatsapp.

During your engagement, you shall not directly or indirectly engage in any conduct averse to the best interests of
the Organization. Also, you shall not divulge any confidential information or violate any agreement other than those
permissible by the Organization

The Campus Ambassador bears direct responsibility for any fee collected from students.

The Campus Ambassador will not conduct any unauthorized activities in the name of Mentored-Research

If any Campus Ambassador found to be not adhering to above mentioned terms and conditions, his/her
appointment shall be revoked immediately.

Exit Clause:
This position of responsibility was taken up by you with prior consent and knowledge about the commitment and
hard-work it shall require. Should you make an abrupt exit from the team, during the discharge of your duties, you
shall be blacklisted from participating in any future programs offered by Mentored-Research. All the certificates of
appreciation/recognition provided by Mentored-Research in the past shall hold no value, and you will not be
incentivized in any way for any effort you put during your association with the Organization.
