Your entry or presence in or upon any School Board structure or property for any other purpose will constitute a trespass in violation of those statutes, 2. The notice and warnings above do not bar you from entering School Board property for the following purposes (a) to attend School Board meetings or other duly-noticed public meetings; (b) to submit public records requests to the Community Relations Department at School Board headquarters at 40 Orange Street; and (c) to drop off and pick up your children at District schools. If you wish to visit your children’s schools for some other legitimate Purpose, you should contact the principal, who will duly consider your request. 3. If you enter or remain in a School Safety Zone while school is in session, during the period from 1 hour before the beginning of the school day until 1 hour after dismissal, your presence will be unlawful under Florida Statute 810.0975.
