Respected sir,

As a responsible resident of the UAE, I just seemed to stumble upon a

thought which I felt I could share with you for the benefit of the nation, its
people, and people across the globe. There are many countries in the
world which have income tax as part of their system. The UAE does not,
which is a great policy according to me, as it reduces the burden on the
common man. I have a concept in mind, which I believe can help millions of
people.
What if the government of UAE starts collecting just 5 Dirhams, from each
employee at the end of the month from their income. This amount collected
can then be donated across the globe on a monthly or yearly basis to poor
and needy people. We can include each resident of the UAE, to take part in
a good deed and improve our collective Karma, as a nation. This amount
can also be used within the country to improve housing facilities, working
conditions and overall lifestyles, of our own laborers. They build large
infrastructures for us, where we live and enjoy our precious moments.
Without them, we wouldnt be able to stay in beautiful houses and
buildings. They have played a crucial role in the development of the United
Arab Emirates over the years. We can repay them back collectively,
through this initiative. As per 2014 statistics, the estimated population of the
UAE is 9.45 million. - Even if we are able to collect 5 dhs each from 5
million people, we will be generating revenue worth 25 million Dirhams per
month, which adds up to 300 million Dirhams annually( can go higher if
more are included) . Just a small sum of 5 Dirhams, which will have a
negligible impact on peoples incomes (without putting any tax pressure on
the working class), can make such a big difference to the world and can be
a strong step towards ending world poverty. The amount can be increased
to 10 Dirhams as well, which will help us generate more than half a billion
Dirhams annually. If gradually, this program is taken up on a global stage,
and if we can get a few major countries to adopt this and get approximately
1 billion people to contribute an amount worth 5 only(of whatever currency
they have), which is not much considering the world population(7 billion
plus), we can generate more than 50 billion dhs worldwide annually. The

quantity of money remains the same which is being generated, just that a
part of it is being channelized into a better direction which can ultimately
create a huge change. A universal rule like this could totally solve most
economic and money issues. The rich will not get poorer (by just paying 5
dhs), but the poorer will get richer, to an extent. This will ensure a constant
flow of money across the world. The main target areas of this program can
be corporate firm, students, entrepreneurs, employed people and a few
other working groups - sparing the labor class( although even they could
contribute). Millions of poor children will be able to receive food, water
health and education facilities within the UAE, and across the globe. The
UAE has already been taking part in many initiatives and is also on the
forefront, of foreign aid donations due to its multiple charitable agencies
and programs, but we can still move one step further through this initiative
by involving each resident of the UAE in a charitable cause. There are
numerable ways in which the money generated can be used, the decision
of which, I leave up to you and the UAE government. Part of the money can
be donated to help the children in Syria and other war-torn countries as
well, to help them recover. A detailed report can then be published, showing
the public that where their money has been used, to help them develop
trust in the program. UAE can show the world that how; donations can be
taken to the next level and what we can achieve through universal
brotherhood. What if every country gradually comes up with a plan like
this? We as humans can collectively help each other, and play an important
role in ending world problems. This program may seem too farfetched, but
it is very much possible. If an organized program like income tax can be set
up by major governments across the globe, then of course we can surely
set up a social service program for the benefit of the billions of poor people
across the globe, who die of hunger, thirst, and wars each day! A step
needs to be taken in the right direction, as it spreads across the globe. Sir,
can you imagine that each citizen of the UAE can be made part of a
program like this, which can lead to an extremely huge change. It might just
solve many economic and financial problems as well. Standards of living
will improve drastically, as a result of this. As a law of life and the universe,
our actions always come back to us if done in good faith. We can certainly
improve our world as a whole and create our own reality. A small change is

all that is needed for us to have a bright future. And I re stress on the fact
again, that this is very much possible to establish, and set up. People have
reached the moon, and are about to step foot on Mars in a few years, so I
believe that a small, peaceful, and beautiful country like UAE can create
the biggest change in the world.

The primary goal must consist of Unity. It must reflect universal
brotherhood. We are all different, yet same. Humanity is divided into
various religions, caste, races, countries etc but we all have come from the
same source. All prayers from all religions lead to our creator. Everyone is
equally human, as the other.
In view of this,
An image of our globe can be shown, with people from different religions,
color, gender and countries praying in their own respective styles, on top of
the globe. They all will be receiving the same energy due to their devotion,
from a yellow light that can be shown above them, reflecting our creator or
energy source. They will all be connected to the same source of our
creation. The initiative can be named as o+n+e with the number
1, graphically shown in front of it to show that 3 letters make 1. The same
way, all castes, religions, countries and races when added together, make
1. I believe that this one picture has all the answers for humanities major
issues, and in today's times of violence, this can serve as a purpose to reunite people. Let us bring positivity and light, into the lives of many, many
people, together. We all come to this earth as ordinary. We work, we have a
family, we enjoy sometimes too. But the question is that do we all really
live? In the end, nothing matters, nothing. Everything is superficial, Apart
from the lives you have been able to influence as a person and the amount
of love you have been able to spread.
