profession having a consolidated more than 6+ years of experience in the relevant field with
a wealth of practical experience in all aspects of mechanical construction including piping,
welding, structural steelwork, fabrication and associated piping systems etc - in industries

SUPERVISOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MTC by physical inspection.
Controlling traceability number during fabrication & erection.
Monitoring air blowing, water flushing, tightness test, inerting, in hence cleaning,
degreasing, and chemical cleaning activities.
Reinstatement activities and making punch list as per P&ID of those system
accepted by the owner.

NDT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Receiving with inspection material for shop floor, Review the material test
certificates & identification of materials.
Responsible to ensure the quality with the manufacturing practices, welding
Processes, welder qualification test (WPS & WPQ) .
Visual Inspection of Welded Joints Conducting the LPT TEST of Welded Joints
Identification and marking of defects on the items offered for inspection
Hot form & cold form parameters check.
Preparation of visual inspection reports, UT thickness gauging & weld scanning.
Conversant with various international codes and standards for quality.
Carry out RT, MPI and hardness testing.
UT/MPI/PT/Visual inspection of weldments during repair removal and after repair.
Interpretation of Radiography Film of Welded Joints.
Prepare &Review of all reports and recommendations prior submission to clients.
Improve quality of product using for poko yoke Quality circles.
