For basins at Public Toilet only. The basins will use

automatic sensor and thermostatic mixing valve to
automatically mix between cold and hot water.
Grease trap will not maintained with vehicle. The
operasional proses will be use bag to collect grease
from grease trap, then throw it to wet garbage. Grease
trap to be prepared inside room with proper mechanical
ventilation.
To be study with alternative accoustic pipe. This pipe
should be resist when mechanical cleaning do to this
pipe.

Concealed Sprinkler will be use for public area and

guestroom foyer area.

Standard guest bathroom is below 5.1 m2, not required

sprinkler. Only for public toilet and Suite guest
mainbathroom will be protected with sprinkler.

set). There are other area should be provide with
emergency telphone, to be refer to D&C standard.
Pond will have fish koi inside. Water circulation system
shall be provide with filter and no chlorine treatment
allow.
Access control to be provide at door lobby to swimming
pool, and for each door of cooridor.
Not required pressurized fan, just open staircase wall to
open air.
