----------------------------------------------GRANT OF LICENSE DXF PLANS
This agreement is a legal contract between the purchaser (Licensee) and DXF Plan
s and grants the licensee rights for personal or business use upon full payment
of the license fee. Acquire any DXF Plans commercial license implies acceptance
and compliance with the terms of this license unconditionally by the licensee. I
f the licensee does not agree with the license terms, you should not buy our pro
ducts.
Use Rights
This license is valid only for a licensee to use the same project with another u
ser, you will need to purchase another license.
The DXF Plans retains ownership and all rights (copyright) traded on projects, g
rants the buyer a license to use non-transferable
and royalty-free for use in the production of physical objects by CNC (Laser, Ro
uter and Plasma).
Free Content
Access to free content is available to all registered users on the site. The fre
e projects have rights belonging to third parties, so can not be used for commer
cial purposes. All projects free not have assembly instructions and warranty of
any kind. Use the content at your own risk.
Paid Content
Access to premium content is available to all registered users on the site. All
content paid available has 30 days warranty and mounting detailed documentation.
Warranty
The DXF Plans provides only digital projects (cutting plans in 2D vector format)
, and can not guarantee that commercial projects are available completely free o
f errors therefore not responsible for any damage or loss caused directly or ind
irectly by the use of projects.
The subsequent configuration and conversion projects in G-Code for CNC cutting i
s the responsibility of the licensee and requires prior knowledge of the procedu
res.
The commercial projects will guarantee up to 30 days from the date of purchase a
gainst any problems in the files (corrupted files, and any design flaws or assem
bly instruction), will be corrected or replaced.
Reimbursement
Due to the nature of digital content sold is not possible that the licensee retu
rn the product (without staying with a copy) so we do not accept refund of amoun
ts previously paid.

In case of irreparable errors or there is no possibility of correction within th

e guarantee period, the DXF Plans may request reimbursement by replacing the def
ective design for another of equal or similar, must make a formal request via em
ail.
If it is verified that the original design in question has no reported errors, a
nd that errors were caused inadvertently by the licensee, the DXF Plans reserves
the right to refuse the refund application.
Copyright
All intellectual property rights related to products marketed are owned by 3D de
signer Paul Bubolz. The www.dxfplans.com website and all its contents are protec
ted by national and international laws of copyright.
All other content related directly or indirectly to products as reference pictur
es, assembly instructions, etc are the exclusive property of Paulo Bubolz and ma
y not be used without express permission. It is absolutely prohibited to resell,
sublicense, rent, loan, share, give, distribute or modify the designs commercia
lly available, in whole or in part, in any digital media, and subproducts associ
ated, (reference images, assembly instructions, etc.).
Unauthorized copying or failure to comply with the above restrictions will resul
t in automatic termination of this license, the deletion of the user's registrat
ion site and the immediate blocking of the user to the site (via IP) DXF Plans f
itting to take legal action against the violation of their rights copyright.
Privacy Policy
The DFX Plans processes customer data only for own use, as meet requests, statis
tical analyzes internal news release or special offers.
Validity of license
The license granted by Licensor shall remain in effect until terminated. Failure
to comply with any term of this agreement shall invalidate the license immediat
ely and without notice. Upon termination, the licensee must immediately delete a
ll files associated with the product and its contents.
The DXF Plans reserves the right to modify or revise this Agreement at any time.
