Project Scope, Design and Implementation by Identifying the Integration Issues, functional
specification for SAP CRM Solutions.
CRM Sales: Configuration related to CRM sales (Document type, item category group, item
category, Item category determination).

& Action profile determination in transactions.

ABB implemented SAP for all its Asian country Branches which includes India, Newzland, Philippines,
Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia .TCS acts as a Solution Partner in Implementing SAP by
providing its Consultants to ABB.Its an Implementation Roll out Project within SAS Regions. As a
CRM Sales Consultant I was working for the Country Philippines which gone Live on April.
Responsibilities:

Created and Configured the Org Mgmt in PPOMA_CRM and the Required SPRO Settings.
Assignment of Sales office and Sales Group to the respective Sales org.
Involved in Configuring of CRM Sales Transactions.
Country specific Configuration is done for Lead Management, Activity Management, Opportunity
Management, Quotation and Sales order.
Initial Loading of Customizing Objects into CRM and Monitoring of Delta load in case of Failure.
