receipt whereof isfiereby acknowledged, releases and discharges

the RELEASEE, RELEASEE'S heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns from all actions,
causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties,
covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, judgements,
extents, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, which against the
RELEASEE, the RELEASOR, RELEASOR'S heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns
ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may, have for, upon, or by reason ofany matter, cause or
thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of this RELEASE.

Any and all claims arisiag out of LEASE or LEASES concerning property located at 370 E. Main
Street, Ansonia, Connecticut. Notwithstanding the above, the RELEASEE shall remain responsible

for an Eversource gas bill.

Whenever the text hereof requires, the use of singular number shall include the appropriate plural
number as the text of the within insfrument may require.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the RELEASOR has executed this RELEASE or has caused this
RELEASE to be executed by its duly authorized officers and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on

action, and any and all rights and claims that he may now have or which may arise in the
fufure as a result of the aforementioned. Moreover, _Savor Lounge, LLC and its oniy

given Notice and afforded the time to have this Release reviewed by an attorney of his
