Objective:

Work History:
May 2000-October 2000: Franklin House; Assisted Living Facility, Assistant Director
My primary daily focus was on customer service. I consistantly strived to keep my patients,
my patient's families, and any medical personnel that I/they interacted with satisfied. Along
with that, my responsibilities were as follows: All accounts receivables, weekly marketing and
building operations reports, scheduling all appointments for all patients including
transportation control, medical supply orders, developed a system for incontinet supplies,
interviews, disciplinary write-ups, and maintenance of personal files including L & I
documentations. Gave tours to potential clients.
1999 - May 2000: Catholic Social Services, Home Health Care Assistant
Duties included but were not limited to: Feeding and physical maintenance of clients and their
environment, transporting of clients to daily/weekly appointments, consulting with client's
friends and families, tracking of meds taken, taking care of clients suffering froma wide range
of maladies including; terminal cancer, stroke and mental health issues. Duties for clients
included ambulation, transfer, posistioning and standby assistance.
Special Training/Awards:
- Helped orgainze mulitiple seminars, both at college and professionally.
- Volunteered many years for the interest of helping others.
- Spoke at siminars regarding drug and alcohol abuse and how to end it.
- Recieved the "Caring Hand Award" for my dedication to my clients.
