belief that the defendant committed this crime

On 1/13/15 R.K. got into an argument with Dylan Halder over the phone. R.K. went to Halder's house and started pounding and hitting Halder's front
door. Halder refused to answer the door and told R.K. to leave. R.K. was screaming out loud that he was going to beat up Halder if he didn't open the
door. R.K. then advised Halder that he was going to assault his dog if he didn't come outside. R.K. was
