Happiness lies not in the World Luxury

Every person must have wished a happy life. Yet many people the wrong path and w
rong. Some think that happiness is to have a luxury car, Blackberry Mobile class
mates, has a home real estate, tourism can make a tour abroad, and many others.
They think that this is what is called a happy life. But whether it really like
that? Consider the following text.
Happiness for people who believe and do good Sholeh
My brother ... People who believe and do pious, they actually feel the sweetness
of life and happiness because his heart was always calm, unlike the people who
are heedless of God who always felt uneasy. Although you may see their life is s
o simple, even the very lack of wealth. But if you look away, you will know that
they're the people who are most happy. Consider carefully word following the wo
rd of Allah, the Exalted.
Allah the Exalted says,

"Those who work righteousness, whether male or female in a state of faith, veril
y to him will We give a good life." (Surat An Nahl: 97). This is the reward for
the believers in the world, that is going to get a good life.

"And indeed, We shall give a reply to them with a better reward than what they'v
e done." (Surat An Nahl: 97). While in this paragraph is the reward in the herea
fter, namely the natural lowest hell.
Similarly, Allah the Exalted says,

"And those who emigrated after they were persecuted because of God, surely We wi
ll provide a good place for them in the world. And the real reward of the Hereaf
ter is greater, if they only knew. "(Surat An Nahl: 41)

"And ye shall ask forgiveness of your Lord and repent to Him. (If you do so) wil
led, He would give a good pleasure (continuously) to you until the appointed tim
e and He will give to every person who has the virtue (reply) preferment. "(Sura
t Huud: 3). The second paragraph describes the return in the hereafter for those
who believe and do pious.
Similarly, Allah the Exalted says,

"Say: O My servants who believe, fear your Lord." People who do good in this wor
ld of good. And Allah's earth is spacious. Only those who are patient their rewa
rd dicukupkan without limit. "(Surah Az Zumar: 10)
Here are four places in the Qur'an which describes the reward of those who belie
ve and do pious. There are two replies that they get the reward in this world an
d reward in the hereafter. These are two happiness which they will earn. This sh
ows that they are the one person who will be happy in this world and the hereaft
er.
Evidence One
Often we hear the name of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. His name so sweet in th
e midst of the Muslims because of his influence and his work so much in the mids
t of this people. Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah's real name was Ahmad ibn Abdul
Halim bin Abdus Salam bin Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Al-Khodr Al-Kho
dr bin bin Ali bin Abdullah ibn Taymiyyah al Haroni Ad Dimasqi. Chew His name is
Abul 'Abbas.
Here is a story from his student Ibn al-Qayyim on state management difficulties,
as well as a state full of misery in prison. But beyond that, he was among thos
e most happy.
Ibn al-Qayyim, may Allaah have mercy said,
"Allah Almighty knows that I have never seen anyone happier life than he is, Sha
ykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah. Though his life is very difficult conditions, away f
rom the luxury and worldly pleasures, even the very poor. Added to torment and s
uffering that he experienced in the way of Allah, namely in the form of torture
in prison, threats and oppression of his enemies. But along with it all, I find
that he is among the happiest of his life, the most roomy chest, the most rigid
and most calm her soul. Rays radiated on his face that he felt the pleasure of l
ife. We (the students of Ibn Taymiyyah), if we are overwritten or despondent fee
lings arise in us the prejudices bad or when we feel the narrowness of life, we
soon came to him for advice, then by just looking at his face and listened to hi
s advice, necessarily lost all kegundahan we felt and replaced with a feeling of
spacious, tough, confident and calm. "
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah also often said many times on Ibn Qoyyim, "What wa
s done by my enemies against me? Behold the beauty of heaven and the garden is i
n my heart. "
Similarly, Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyya never said when he was in prison, althou
gh in it is fraught with difficulty, but he still says, "If the fort was filled
with gold, no one can match kenikmatanku be here."
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah also once said, "Actually, people that say jail is
a person whose heart is closed off from knowing God 'Almighty. While the prison
er is a person who still continue to keep the (captive) desires (in error). "
Even in prison too, Shaykh al-Islam is still often pray to be able to reproduce
most grateful to God, that prayer: cor a'inni 'ala dzikrika syukrika wa wa hosny
' ibadatik (O Allah, I ask for help in order to make dhikr, grateful and serve w
ell in thee). Moment in time in prostration, he said this prayer. Though he is i
n shackles, but that's the joy that he felt.
When he entered the prison cell, to be behind the wall, he said,

"Then they are held in between the walls that have doors. Next to it there is me
rcy and on the outside of it there is punishment. "(Surat al-Hadid: 13)
That is the pleasure felt by those who have a strong faith. Such enjoyment is ne
ver felt by the kings and princes as well.
The Salaf said,

"If the kings and princes had the pleasure of knowing in our hearts, surely they
would torture us with the sword."
Getting Paradise
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said, "In the world there is a heaven. Whoever doe
s not enter it, then he will not earn heaven hereafter. "
Ibn al-Qayyim explains that heaven on earth is to love God, know God, always rem
ember Him, to feel calm and thuma'ninah when bermunajat on him, made the ultimat
e love for Him only, has been accompanied with fear and sense of hope in Him, al
ways bertawakkal in Him and cast all of his affairs only.
This is heaven on earth who missed by lovers of heaven hereafter.
That brother should you reach heaven, by receiving the love of God, is always ho
pe in Him, and coupled with fear, are also always rested all affairs to Him.
Cover
The core of all this is where happiness is not having a magnificent palace, luxu
ry car, the abundant treasures. But where happiness is at the heart of the heart
that has faith, which always feels pretty and always rely on God Almighty.
The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said:
,
"The name is rich (ghina ') is not by the number of possessions (or the many lux
uries the world). But the name ghina 'is the heart that always feels good enough
. "(Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim)
May Allah guide us and give us heaven on earth is to have a heart that always le
an on Him.
Hearts have always felt that was enough greater than the wealth so abundant.
Bi Alhamdulillahilladzi ni'matihi tatimmush sholihaat. Allaah wa 'ala Muhammad n
