The process of manufacture of woven sacks, FIBCs, Geo textiles and shade net can be
divided into the following parts:
1. Extrusion: HDPE granules are fed in to the tape extrusion plant whereby the tape of
desired width and dernier is extruded and wound on the bobbins. It is very important that
the tape must be made of the right dernier and width because this is the process which
determines the final quality of the woven sacks.
2. Weaving: The wound tape is taken on the circular weaving machines and a tabular fabric
of desired lay flat width is produced. The fabric is then wound into the roll form, each roll
running up to approximately 1000 metres.
3. Lamination: The tabular fabric is laminated either with LDPE or PP as per requirements.
4. Finishing: The laminated fabric is cut in to the required size for reversing or valve making.
5. Reversing/Valve Making: The cut lengths are then reversed to make the laminated portion
inside or in the case of cement bags valve of desired size is made.
6. Stitching: Cut lengths are then stitched at the bottom to make it in to a bag form and in
case of cement bags the top is also stitched.
7. Printing: Stitched bags are printed as per the customer's specifications and printing matter.
8. Packing and Baling: Bags are counted and packed into bales of 500/1000 bags ready to be
despatched.

Partner Relationship
Striving to outmanoeuvre competitors these days involves capitalizing on highly effective internal and
external relationships that ensure the business has the capabilities to support its mission and evolving
growth initiatives. Conducting business in the twentyfirst century, therefore, requires forming
partnerships and strategic alliances both internally and externally.
Neo Corp International Limited has a very good relationship with its Subsidiaries and Associates.
It acquired a UK based company Europlast Limited, headquartered in London, UK which is engaged

in sourcing, stocking and distributing technical textiles to the retailers and whole-sellers in Europe.
Due to this they were able to achieve improved results as the value chain is cut across.

Other subsidiaries include:

Sacos Indigo Private Limited

Netflix Infracon Limited
Polybase (HK) Limited
Polylogic International Private Limited.

Supplier Relationship
Every company requires to have raw materials in order to process them to finished goods and
a company like Neo Corp Intl Ltd. Relies heavily on its suppliers for its raw materials i.e.
granules of various kind. Major types of granules used by Neo Corp are UV granules,
Calcium, master batch for colour, HDPE, LDPE, LLDD among others and to obtain these
granules Neo Corp has established a healthy relationship with its suppliers and strives to
make it better and better times ahead. Major suppliers of the company include:
1. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.
2. Reliance industries.

Challenges Faced:
1. One of the challenges faced by the corporation is the return of shipments. Neo Corp caters
mostly to clients that are located onshore and they had to incur a lot of transportation costs to
ship these packages. Return of shipments due to defects further adds to cost as additional
labour hours has to be employed to ascertain the defects and once ascertained they have to be
produced and transported again. These augment the cost and delay the normal production
process.
2. Store capacity evaluation is another challenge faced as they not sure how much to order
and how much to keep as inventory as they follow the procedure of ordering at the last
minute.
