Electrician opened just one sub-panel in the hallway, it exhibited


very poor workmanship and none of the grounding conductors
were terminated. He agreed to to make all necessary corrections
prior to calling for another inspection
Inspected sub-panels located in corridors and observed the
following code violations: 1) Main and sub-panels not series or full
rating. "different brands" 2) Sub-panel bus bar not properly
attached. "used drywall screws" 3) Circuit breakers not per panel
manufacturer
The 2nd and 3rd hallway sub-panels are not fed from the main
electrical equipment as originally stated by the electrician "Reza".
They are actually supplied from sub-panels located inside closets
which is not an approved location.
2nd and 3rd fl. sub-panels final OK. OK to final in office if Code
Enforcement Inspector does not require permit inspections for
other items in Notice to Abate.

gave contractor directions to have owner make some fixes to
existing but non-conforming drains from the water heater and
boiler. Area inspected is limited to the permitted scope of work and
no other life safety issues have been noted at this area. Final OK'd.
