Responsible for leading groups of contractors to survey, evaluate, recommend and install new ATM
machines on the Santander Bank account at banking centers and remote sites throughout the region.
Coordinates work schedules on site to assure that removals and installations are completed efficiently
and safely. Assures that the finished product is up to bank and CBRE standards while efficiently using
signage, security, riggers and general contractors to complete the projects on time and within budget
parameters.
2003 2012:

Responsible for the day to day administration of policies, procedures and programs that assures a well
managed, well maintained portfolio of over 180 Banking Centers, ATMs and Administrative office space
for the Bank of America account in southeastern MA, Cape Cod and the Islands. Supervised all facility
maintenance, capital projects, lease administration and vendor communication to maintain 100%
uptime for client. Coordinated work assignments between building technicians, vendors and
contractors. Reviewed backlogged work orders to insure assignments are completed within timelines.

Facilities Manager Temple Israel Boston, MA

Responsible for overall facilities management including Maintenance, Security, Communications and
Project Management. Supervised staff of custodial, maintenance, security and accommodating

employees. Instituted program for maintaining building systems on a preventative maintenance


program to assure uninterrupted service and reliability. Upgraded all security systems including CCTV,
burglar and fire alarm systems, access control and glass laminate installation for safe protection of staff
and congregants. Acted as project manager and represented institution for various capital projects
including boiler replacement, in-house renovation projects and various HVAC upgrades and

compliance and budget adherence. Maintained a computerized Facilities Management System to assure
timely completion of preventative and corrective work orders by in-house staff. Monitored

alternative energy sources. Negotiated and managed leases with all tenants in hospital owned property.
Submitted yearly (and five year) capital budget requests for infrastructure work, improvements and
capital projects to maintain the facility. Directed line and supervisory staff as well as contracted

The Flatley Co. Property Administrator

Responsible for all phases of operation of over 600 residential units at two separate sites. Acted as
company liaison with all residents and staff. Negotiated and executed leases, approved all applications
for residence, supervised and directed marketing, leasing, maintenance and clubhouse staff. Planned
and executed numerous capital projects such as oil tank removal and conversion to natural gas, complet
clubhouse renovation and major sewer line reconstruction. Maintained fiscal stability by high
percentage occupancy based on offering a quality product to our residents.
