Operations Position. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, a
good attitude, and the willingness to work long hours during seasonal
peak times. Applicants should possess positive customer interaction
skills, communication skills, and multi-tasking skills. Mathematical/
computer skills and equipment operating experience preferred but
not required. Applicants will be expected to work on their feet all day
including lifting and bending. Periodic night and weekend hours may

our team working with individuals
who are victims of sexual or
domestic violence. This person will
assist in the management of both
the emergency shelter and the daily
crisis intervention program, providing
crisis intervention to clients on-scene
or at the office, answering the crisis
hotline, providing case management,
medical advocacy, court advocacy
and other pertinent duties to abuse
victims. This is a 32 hour per week
position with evening and weekend/
on call rotation. Qualifications: BSW
or MSW preferred; or would have 2+
years of domestic violence advocacy;
work experience with individuals in
crisis, knowledge of trauma informed
services, and ability to work with
diverse population, particularly
those in a rural area with limited
resources. Criminal background
