Pioneered the launch and management of this companion consulting firm with PHI,

dedicated to

providing guidance and direction to healthcare providers seeking to reduce the costs of their benefits
programs.

Cultivates contact with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective clients while

Coordinates and leads presentations showcasing how a self-insured model benefits each client in

2008 to 2016: Privately Held Insurance (PHI), Warner Robins, GA

Owner

Debuted a captive insurance management company with a focus on targeting risks with a premium
ranging from $500K to $5MM and offering a portfolio of solutions that included healthcare funding, life
insurance, and traditional lines of business. Worked with insurers to build captive reinsurance offerings
spanning commercial general liability, Workers Compensation, and professional liability.
Led the implementation of the PTS software platform for the benefit of clients, providing a

comprehensive solution for quoting, claims, losses, and reporting.

development of a broad spectrum of products that included a legal liability policy, a flood insurance
program, a stop loss program, and a Workers Compensation exemption program for Texas residents.
Developed $10.5MM in premium through the sale and servicing of policies to new captive insurance

companies owned by physicians; additionally, administered risk management and risk funding on
behalf of 15 established CGL PL captive clients in healthcare, adding new lines to these clients to create
over $800K in new annual revenue.
Maintained accountability for the RFP process, leveraging a controlled markets methodology to secure
