Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing

Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results

Sales

Responsible for the sales and operations of the assigned region


Lead the team reporting to the position, to achieve targets
Devise sales strategy and track progress
Liaise with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & HR counter-parts for related activities

Desired Skills:

Marketing concepts: knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing concepts used in the
development of marketing plans
Creative concept evaluation: ability to assess creative concepts and executions based on
creativity, strategic alignment and consumer impact
Marketing research application: ability to leverage research results into actionable marketing
and business building initiatives
Brand equity: knowledge of procedures used to drive increases in volume and brand equity

Brand positioning: knowledge of specific brand positioning and brand architecture of the
company's brands
Marketing program customization: ability to customize, communicate and apply a marketing
communication program based on the specific needs of a particular region, customer.
Brand marketing strategy: knowledge of information used to define brand strategic corridors
and develop appropriate business solutions for local market application

Requirements:

Strong analysis, strategic thinking, creative thinking, team leadership, planning, organizing,
problem solving skills.
Understanding of Business in the B2B scenario
