Construction project quality makes all the difference

Long-lasting
timber door leaf

Solid composite timber door leaf

The 42-mm-thick solid composite timber door
is equipped with a 4-sided all-round
leaf
and a concealed
plywood reinforcement frame
solid timber edge band . The advantages
when compared to door leaves with honeycomb
inserts or tubular chipboard: The door leaf does
not warp and is well suited for high traffic
use (class4).
The door is equipped with a high-quality HDF
top plate (acc. to DINEN622-3). The top plate
comes painted in Pure white RAL9010
or with transparent paint for wood veneers.

for high traffic use.

Robust
steel frame

Double-shell profile frame

With 2mm galvanized sheet metal, the frame
is particularly robust. The doors are available
with a double-shell profile frame that is well
suited for retrofitting into lightweight and solid
construction walls. As standard, the door
is supplied with a TPE sound-absorbing seal
in white, or optionally in grey or black.
As standard, the frames are galvanized, primed
and given a final silk matt powder-coat in Pure
white RAL9010.

All door leaves* are sustainably produced

and PEFC certified.

The flush-closing door leaf and the frame create
an elegant, flush-fitting door appearance.
Frames with invisible mitres
The corner joints of the steel frames feature
high-quality welding and a flush polish, meaning
there are no visible mitre cuts as with most
timber frames.
Timber frame look
The width of the visible frame, the so-called frame
face, is 55mm on both sides. This corresponds
to the frame geometry of a timber door so that
the doors can be integrated harmoniously
into your residential space.

surface finishes

High-quality final coating

The door leafs surface finish is a high-quality
paint that effectively protects the top layer
and the veneer.
The special end coating of the frame makes
the colour surface particularly resistant, meaning
in comparison to timber frames, the frame
can withstand accidents with toy cars or run-ins
with hard objects.

Colour coating to choose

On request, the door leaf and frame
are also available in almost all RAL
colours. Various colour
combinations for door leaf and
frame are possible.
Because the door leaf and frame are made of different
materials, there may be a slight difference in colour
with matching RAL colours.

Concealed hinges
The hinges as well as the screws are concealed,
giving the door an elegant look. Furthermore,
the 3-way adjustable hinges can be adjusted
variably so that your door always closes smoothly
and securely. VX guide rollers are also available
optionally in stainless steel.

Harmoniously integrated glazings

Would you like your internal door with glazing to let more light
into your home? Then select between three different versions,
as standard with plastic film matted glass on the inside
and elegant rounded glazing beads.

Lever handle set with ball bearing

The high quality stainless steel L-shaped lever handle set ensures
frictionless and precise rotation; approved in Hrmanns long
duration testing with 1million actuations!

With one window section

Quiet lock
The doors are equipped with a mortice lock, class3 with low-noise
latch, acc. to DIN18251-1. As an alternative to the standard
version without key insert, the doors can be ordered or retrofitted
with a closing cylinder or WC closing system.

Flush-fitting lock plate

The lock plate is made of high-quality stainless steel and
is integrated perfectly into the frame. This protects the frame,
allowing you to enjoy Hrmanns high brand quality
for a long time to come.

Double-leaf version

With three window sections

The residential internal doors are also available as a double-leaf

version with lockable fixed leaf. You determine the distribution
of the traffic and fixed leaves according to your wishes.
For a harmonious door appearance, both the transitions from
the door leaf to the steel frame and from the traffic leaf
to the fixed leaf are flush-fitting.

Sliding doors, a space-saving solution

For all composite timber door leaves

If it comes down to square meters, sliding doors
are an ideal solution. As a space-saving solution,
all Hrmann composite timber door leaves are also
available as sliding doors that run in front of the wall.
The corresponding double-shell profile frame surrounds
the brickwork, giving it optimal protection in the passage
area. The sliding door fitting is long-lasting and moves
very easily. On request, it is also available with soft stop
on one or both sides.

sets that feature innovative ball bearing technology. Your advantage:

Quiet, secure and stylish

With 8mm safety glass

Hrmanns all-glass doors create a distinctive, stylish
accent. The doors made of 8mm safety glass (singlepane safety glass) are equipped with high-quality, 3-part
stainless steel hinges, a lock with low-noise latch
and stainless steel lock plates. You can also optionally
choose adjustable VX hinges made of stainless steel.
The TPE sound-absorbing seal ensures quiet and tight
closing. The door is supplied with a double-shell steel
profile frame in Pure white RAL9010.

On request, the frames are also available

in almost all RAL colours.
