It facilitate publishers to send response and to view the status of complaints for them. It performs following

2. View Complaint Status: This is for publisher to view complaints received between specified dates.
3. Contact Administrator: This is for publisher to send e-mail to administrator of E – Journal Consortium.
The module is to send response to lab for its complaint. Enter the complaint id or view the complaints
between the given dates and select a complaint to send response of the complaint.
Enter the response and click the “Send” button e-mail of response with a copy to administrator will go.
The module is to view complaints registered against publisher. The process is same as described in
“Complaint Status” module in CSIR’s Lab Area.
