GOD KNOWS MY NEED, HE HONORS HIS PROPHET

1 Kings 17:1-4 (KJV)

And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, As the
LORD God of Israel liveth, before whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these
years, but according to my word.
2 And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,
3 Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the brook
Cherith, that is before Jordan.
4 And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the
ravens to feed thee there.
God knows our need. As soon as Elijah Prophesied, and the rain was blocked, he
showed him where he has to go, so that he will get food. Because, when there is no
rain there is no food.
Before Elijah Asked God spoke and Guided him.
God has people in your city
Acts 18:10 (NIV)
10 For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have
many people in this city."
Some trust in Horses and some trust in the chariots. (PS)

Mark 10:27 (NIV)

"With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God."
1 Kings 17:5-10 (KJV)
So he went and did according unto the word of the LORD: for he went and dwelt by
the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan.
6 And the ravens brought him bread and flesh in the morning, and bread and flesh
in the evening; and he drank of the brook.

7 And it came to pass after a while, that the brook dried up, because there had
been no rain in the land.
8 And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying,
9 Arise, get thee to Zarephath, which belongeth to Zidon, and dwell there: behold,
I have commanded a widow woman there to sustain thee.
10 So he arose and went to Zarephath. And when he came to the gate of the city,
behold, the widow woman was there gathering of sticks: and he called to her, and
said, Fetch me, I pray thee, a little water in a vessel, that I may drink.

When there is problem in the place where he sent you, there is word of god
leading you. There is a widow in Zarephath. There is Raven in the Brook.
Dont search for the helper, God will direct the steps of your helper towards you.
1 Kings 17:13-16 (NIV)
13 Elijah said to her, "Don't be afraid. Go home and do as you have said. But first
make a small cake of bread for me from what you have and bring it to me, and then
make something for yourself and your son. 14 For this is what the LORD, the God of
Israel, says: 'The jar of flour will not be used up and the jug of oil will not run dry until
the day the LORD gives rain on the land.'"
15 She went away and did as Elijah had told her. So there was food every day for
Elijah and for the woman and her family. 16 For the jar of flour was not used up and
the jug of oil did not run dry, in keeping with the word of the LORD spoken by Elijah.
Luke 18:27 (NIV)
Jesus replied, "What is impossible with men is possible with God."
