Infrastructure Program Manager
2006-2013
Managed the Data Center Rationalization program, which consolidated the footprint of remote datacenter
software and hardware assets to reduce costs and improve hardware and software assets currency.
Ensured Annual Operating Plan traceability and budget accountability for Infrastructure projects
reporting up to Infrastructure Project Management Office (PMO).
Developed and managed the program process for migration and decommissioning of applications and
hardware after implementations including project documentation and project tracking.
Negotiated with vendor for enterprise licensing solutions and consolidation of major engineering tools.
Creatively pursued alternative methods of finding technical ways of reducing the footprint of remote
datacenter assets to reduce costs and improve currency of hardware assets.
