A 803
White cement based wall putty
DESCRIPTION

A 803 can be applied even on moist surface.


A 803 has excellent adhesion strength,
durability and enhances life of paints.
A 803 does not require curing.
SURFACE PREPARATION

The surface should be made clean and free


from dust, dirt & other release agent using wire
brush, sand paper, putty blade and clean water.
Dry and absorbent surfaces should be
pre-wetted with clean water.
PRIMING

Incase of fresh cement plastered surface it is


recommended to apply 2 coats of primer
comprising of white cement wash before
application of A 803.

MIXING

Mix 20 Kg of A 803 with 6-7 litres of clean


water to make a smooth paste. Mixing should
be continued untill a uniform consistency is
achieved.
APPLICATION

Apply the first coat on moistened wall surface


evenly with the help of flat trowel / putty blade.
After drying of first coat for 12-14 hour at
271c, rub the surface gently with the wet
sponge /putty blade in order to remove the
loose particles.
Allow the surface to dry for further 12-14 hours
before applying the second coat of A 803.
After drying of second coat remove marks if
any with the help of putty blade by gentle
rubbing.
Finished surface shall be allowed to dry
completely.
Always mix the quantity which can be used with
in 2-3 hours. A total thickness of the 2 coats
should be maximum of 2.5mm.
It is not essential to rub the surface done
with A 803, however if you need to remove
unevenness before applying any kind of
paint/coatings, gently level the walls/ceiling
surface with very fine water proof emery paper
of not less than 500 number to get a glossy
white surface.
If required primer can be applied on A 803
before application of coatings.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

A 803 must be stored in unopened packaging,


clear of the ground in cool dry conditions and
be protected from excessive draught. If stored
correctly, as detailed above, the shelf life of this
product is 12 months from the date shown on
the packaging.

with plenty of clean water and seek medical

DISPOSAL/SPILLAGE

Spillage of any of the component products


should be absorbed onto sand or other inert
materials and transferred to a suitable
disposable vessel. Disposal of such spillage or
empty packaging should be in accordance with
local waste disposal authority regulations.

A 803 is a water resistant, white cement based


wall putty when mixed with water produces
smooth even paste which can be used in
internal and external situations on concrete /
cement plastered walls and ceilings. It fills the
fine pores of the substrate & provide a white,
smooth surface required for coatings /
paintings etc.
