On subsequent review of previous minutes, it has been observed that

Package incorporating all vendor deliverables.

JEC briefed QP that the mobilization is in progress and awaiting MIC QP
approval for Land Lease to proceed further. JEC requested QP
assistance to expedite this matter.

5.0 Engineering and Design:

5.1 QP stated all documents submitted by JEC are under review. QP

6.0 Documentation:

6.1 JEC informed QP that subsequent approval for Building Permit DC1 will be carried out JEC
by MA consultant.

6.2 JEC stated that all relevant Method Statements pertaining to Electrical and Civil works JEC
are submitted. QP requested JEC to give advance copy to EDM/4 group.

7.0 Procurement:

7.1 JEC stated that HV cable is approved and procurement is in progress. JEC

7.2 RMU is approved with comments, however JEC to expedite the final approval from JEC
Kahramaa.

7.3 QP stated that JEC to submit all other outstanding items such as cable Tiles, Ducts and JEC
warning tapes etc. at the earliest.

8.0 Construction:

8.1 QP stated that all S/D related activities for Kangaroo Crane and other works to be JEC
discussed with Port Manager. (Captain Claudio).

8.2 QP stated that JEC to carryout the conditions survey before TOP of any renovation / JEC
refurbishment works. Survey Report to be recorded and agreed with Port authorities.

9.0 QA/QC

9.1 JEC submitted all documents related to QA/QC Info

10.0 Areas of Concern:

10.1 QP emphasized JEC to achieve the Milesstone-1 as per the schedule and requested JEC
JEC to update the delivery status of all the Milestone-1 items.

12.1 JEC stated that M/s Fantuzzi will be in Qatar on 5th Nov. 07 and will meet QP on 6th Nov JEC
07 as per QP schedule sent to JEC earlier.

12.2 QP requested JEC to submit the QP/JEC Inspection visits schedule to Kranbau in JEC
Germany. JEC advised that as agreed during the Oct. 11, 2007 Meeting in Doha. There
will be three visits, as follows:

Visit 1 – Upon finalization of material procurement in Germany.

Visit 2 – Upon finalization of Fabrication works and during assemble stage.

Visit 3 – F.A.T.

13.0 Next Meeting:

QP informed the next meeting will be on the 5th November 2007 at 9:00 AM at JEC site Info
office.
