Completed project on Design and development of plastic master cylinder for

clutch control system with R&D department of WABCO India Pvt. Limited,

The following challenges were achieved
The part weight has been reduced by 163g.
The numbers of secondary operations have been reduced from 5 to 2.
Cost reduction of product by 32.2 %.
Completed project on Design and fabrication of an apparatus to remove water soluble

support material from a rapid prototype part with Advanced Research School for
Training and Product Simulation (ARSTPS), Chennai.
The following results were achieved
Deployed low-cost cleaning machine,
Increased rate of solubility and thereby reduced the time taken for separation of
support from base material.
Improved the product reliability of agitators.
