I will give you the first opportunity to purchase said property
if interested. If not, please remove your possessions and
vacate by end of October or first week of September, 2012.

on or before July 15, 2012. I will consider it that you are not
interested when on or before July 15, 2012, you have not
responded to this letter.

acquired the house and lot you are presently residing at Blk.
085, Lot No. 09, Pag asa Street, Barangay Talungon, Bais
City, Negros Oriental. You have now six (6) months from
today. Please remove your possessions and vacate on or
before March 10, 2013. The period given is ample time for
you and your family to find another house to live in and to
adjust.

looking for another place to live in. No required amount of
rental fee for the extension period.

SINCE FIRST DEMAND BY MR. SIGMUND IN A LETTER

EXTENSTION THERETO. IN ORDER TO PROTECT OUR
INTEREST, WE, AS OWNERS HEREBY DIRECT THEM TO
PAY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS PER MONTH UNTIL THEY

Mr. Mario Luigi Monti Lupa and Mrs. Mariana Valencia Keh
Sy with address at of No. 37 Obrero Street, Barangay 2, Bais
City.
THE EFFECTIVE DATE TO VACATE PREMISES WILL BE:
NOVEMBER 15, 2014. Spouses Sy will pay a rental fee in
the amount of Five thousand pesos (Php 5, 000. 00) per
month starting May 15, 2014 (refer to No. 9 of this
complaint; the date of previous deadline) until they vacate
on November 15, 2014 or a total payment of Thirty thousand
pesos (Php 30, 000. 00); said amount will be deposited with
the Barangay for safekeeping until Defendants will vacate on
or before November 15, 2014.
