experience in education sector in the business development role. He has worked with companies like Zee Education, Career Launcher, Knight Frank . He is in
the advisory committee of several B-schools and also adjunct faculty in the B-schools. His core area is Marketing Communications & Branding and has vast
knowledge about the entire Education sector and is praised by his clients. He has been a fruitful connect with the domestic and International Universities. He
leads the Business Development for Illuminate in the North India. He contributes in the Content Development of the modules & training & development of the

Amit kumar Vatsa is a management researcher at IIM Ahmedabad. His area of specialization is quantitative methods and he is working on facility (warehouse)
location problem. He designs the Aptitude program for Illuminate Minds & is engrossed with Consultancy projects undertaken by Illuminate Minds. He takes
Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning classes He is a chemical engineering graduate from IIT Kharagpur and has done his PGDM from IIM Lucknow. He
has 4 years of Industrial experience. He has worked as a process design engineer in Engineers India limited, a reputed consultancy firm in India. He worked on
5 major refineries and petrochemicals design project. Skikda refinery Algeria, KPPC Kuwait, IOCL Panipat, BRPL Bongaigaon and MRPL refineries are the major
designs job he has been a part of . Apart from the refineries, he was also involved in the expansion of the HBJ pipeline of GAIL. He shifted to education sector
and worked in IMS New delhi as an operations manager overlooking North Delhi region. There he was responsible for the brand building and launch of various
new services IMS had to offer. His love for the education sector and quest for knowledge led him pursue his academic dreams.He is a sports enthusiast and a
distance runner.
Saurabh Sachan
Saurabh is a civil engineer from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad. Saurabh has been a trainer/tutor since class 10. He gave
mathematics and science tuitions to fellow class mates and juniors in school. The trend continued during college as well, only addition was computer
languages in the classes. Saurabh worked with Evaluserve after his engineering as an Intellectual property consultant for Motorola, Shell and various other

Prof. Sushil Kumar
Prof. Sushil Kumar is currently a Faculty in Centre for Food and Agribusiness Management (CFAM) with the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow.
Prior to joining IIM Lucknow in April 2005, he was SSHRC postdoctoral fellow at the University of Toronto, Toronto (Canada) from where he completed his
Doctoral studies too. Earlier, he was a Member of the prestigious All India Service Indian Forest Services (IFS) belonging to the 1988 batch. He has worked as
Dean, School of Management, and Dean, Academics at Gautam Buddha University during 2009 for one year.At IIML, Prof. Kumar teaches Corporate
Environmental Strategies & Carbon Markets; New Venture Planning; Business, Society and Governance; Contemporary Strategic Issues in Agribusiness and
Food Industry; Rural Research Methods; and Structural Equation Modeling. His core focus areas are Business Sustainability including Environmental Strategies;

Kshitij Sharma has been a trainer for the last 15 years. He started his career with GE Capital International Services back in 1998 and has worked with
organizations like Convergys, Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd and Achieve Global India. His forte has been in the area of Customer Service and Soft Skills trainings (Time
Management, Personality Development, Presentation Skills, Selling Skills, DISC profiling). With his stints GE and Convergys, he has serviced clients like WalMart,
JC Penny, Sams Club, Home Depot, AT&T and Microsoft. He is also trained in 6 Sigma and Project Management. During his stint with Tally, he has conducted
Project Management trainings for software professionals helping them increase their productivity multiple folds. He has more than 5000 hours training
experience. During this time, he has trained close to 2300 people on various areas of soft skills. With Achieve Global, Kshitij took a dual role of Business

Surabhi Sahai
Surabhi is an alumnus of Hindu College, Delhi and holds a Masters degree in English literature. She was also a Fulbright scholar from the University of California
and is currently pursuing doctoral research in literature and films. Being the star English, Surabhi has made quite a name for herself among Cat aspirants in
Lucknow, what with her no frills, just results classes. She has consistently scored over 99.95 percentile in the English Section of the CAT over the past four
years. She is acknowledged as a trustworthy counselor by heads of several leading schools and colleges that she tours to speak to students about career
